[Distutils] Python Project distribution

Hi

I want to distribute my python project that select best proxy and changes
it to chrome browser or running current application that uses internet
behind proxy.it has also features of username and password in it.
I want to know how to distribute my python setup using distutils.
Please response me soon as possible.
