[Distutils] Can't upload sdist: "File already exists"

I am also seeing this problem.

My standard files for upload have been a py2 wheel, a py3 wheel, a zip sdist, and a tar sdist, and now the tar sdist is being denied as a duplicate.

Do I need to choose between zip and tar sdists?
