I'm not sure of the status of any search syntax changes, but the
Warehouse RSS feeds are covered at
https://warehouse.readthedocs.io/api-reference/feeds/ (those feeds did
exist on Legacy PyPI, but the Warehouse implementation tidies up some
inconsistencies in the data they provide)
