[Distutils] Begin to Code With Python

To whom it may concern:
My name is Brian Sujecki and I am currently reading Begin to Code With
Python and am unable to import the library snaps even after downloading the
library from the command shell on my mac. It's as if shell hasn't updated
the library. Can you help me? it's driving me crazy I can't move on.
