[Django-india] PyConf Hyderabad 2017 announcement

Hello everyone,

We are happy and thrilled to announce the very first annual Python
conference in Hyderabad, the *PyConf Hyderabad* being organized by
Hyderabad Python Users Group(HydPy) in IIIT Hyderabad on *October 7-8, 2017*.
We are working with various local developer communities in the city to
bring synergies around Python together under one roof.
