Apparently there is a project called HyperTeX which can be used to
generate PostScript files with embedded links which Adobe's Distiller
can turn into PDF files. I'm actually interested in learning that whole
process, but I must admit I haven't been following too closely as to
what you all want to do with the Library docs. I don't suppose it's in
TIM already...
