That's why we should settle two standards:
- the dumb one
- the guru one

Two standards for the two existing realities. To impose a XML-ish
docstring to "dumb-docstring" programmers would be imposible and
to impose a dumb-docstring system to software companies like Zope,
Ultraseek would be doubly impossible. 

All over the time, XML-ish and dumb-ish are fighting each other,
both are right and both are wrong.
