[Doc-SIG] Documentation from docstrings

  Those pages haven't been updated much lately, in part due to all
the moves and politics and crud.  I'll try and get this fixed
shortly.  We expect it will be easier to maintain before too long.
  Sorry for not getting HappyDoc listed sooner!  If it isn't there by
