[Doc-SIG] docutils progress (again)

OK - I've written TextNodes.py, which appears to succesfully colourise
(markup) text, with the same caveats as the old implementation (i.e., it
doesn't support nested markup).

Of course, that breaks the self-tests for DocNodes.py (since the
representation of a DocNode tries to show the content of its text), so
I've to fix that before releasing something.

Soon to follow - DOM tree generation...
