[Doc-SIG] Elucidative Programming

I just found the `Elucidative Programming home page`__ in an entry
on the `Lambda weblog`__.  It's a 21st-century riff on Literate
Programming a la Knuth; the reference implementation is in Scheme
but the concepts are could be applied to any language.  Interesting
stuff, take a look if you haven't seen it.
