[Doc-SIG] In-line hyperlink alternatives

Thanks for giving this so much attention.

Notating hyper-links is a feature that will get a lot
of use in venue's outside pure documentation: Message
boards, Wiki's, etc.  Replacing the simplicity of
"text":http://link isn't an easy job, especially
trying to overcome it's faults.
