[Doc-SIG] Doc/ tree closed on 2.3 branch

Python's Doc/ tree is closed on the release23-maint branch.  Commits
may still be made on the trunk.

The final 2.3.3 documentation will appear in the development area on
python.org shortly:

    http://www.python.org/dev/doc/

The branch will be open once the 2.3.3 release has been completed.
