[Doc-SIG] Brazilian Portuguese translation coordinate

Hi Julien,

Like Luciano pointed out, the bulk of the translation work I did in 2001
(Oh my God!), by performing a full-translation of Guido's tutorial 2.4.
I think the best approach would be to contact the current president of
Brazilian's Python Association (Cc'ed) Mário Sérgio.
He might be able to either direct you to people currently doing this work,
or maybe even better... articulate new volunteers to carry on.
