[Doc-SIG] Polish translation

Hi Julien!
Would it be possible to transfer Polish translation repository to the
Python organization on GitHub? There are 4 translators for now. We've
reached 21.39% for 3.8 and 21.30% for 3.9. Slowly but surely we keep
translating. Unfortunately I didn't have time to make a presentation and
give a speech anywhere so far.
The Git repository contains GitHub workflows definitions to fetch and
commit new translations from Transifex daily for Python 3.8 and 3.9.
If you give a green light, I will transfer the repository ownership to you.
