[Doc-SIG] File 0 on Transifex

Dear Doc SIG members,

I just want to update my email below. The problem got fixed.
(still don't know why and how)
I just got a "normal" email from Transfex that describes which files got
updated.
Previously it's only reported that file 0 got updated.
