[Doc-SIG] Multiple coordinators for one language?

Hi there,

This is Wey-Han (adrianliaw) from zh-tw team, and as described in the
subject: Is it ok to have multiple coordinators for one language?

For our team which I'm currently calling for a new coordinator to take over
my role, it would help a lot if we can do that :)
