[docs] Small typo in Mutable Sequence Types documentation

Hello

It’s not a typo. Brackets are used to denote optional arguments in the
doc. So “s.pop([1])” means “s.pop() or s.pop(i) are valid”.

Whether using such confusing markup at the age of HTML and CSS is up to
the reader :)
