[docs] Minor grammatical annoyance

In Section 15.11.2. "Window Objects" of
http://docs.python.org/library/curses.html, the note uses "then" when
it should use "than".

"A character means a C character (an ASCII code), rather then a Python
character (a string of length 1)."
