[docs] Doc link incorrect

  Found a link that needs to be corrected...
On page:
http://docs.python.org/release/2.6/download

The PLAIN TEXT (zipped) link is:
*http://docs.python.org/ftp/python/doc/2.6/python-2.6-docs-pdf-text.zip*

Should be changed to:
*http://docs.python.org/ftp/python/doc/2.6/python-2.6-docs-text.zip*

Note: Removed "-pdf" before "-text".
