IDLE is just one of the editors of Python, shipped with Python to
include a demo application as what is possible using Python and
Tkinter libraries. As it does not represent or is anyway indicative of
the Python installed on your system, providing the update button may
not be a right idea.
Also, when you open IDLE from a latest downloaded version
python, you get the updated IDLE as well.
