[docs] Translation Project

Hello there:

I come from China, I want to translate the Python Documentation to Chinese. I don't have any experience, so can you give me any suggest. Thank you so much!

I’ve hosted this project on googlecode, and translated several html files. I saw it’s quite a big project, and googlecode can't manage it well, and translate html files is not so reusability and hard to manage.

How do you cooperate to write the Documentation? You can help me.
