[docs] example in "18.1.11. email: Examples" lacks "Date" field

This is surely true, but the missing Date field is added automatically
by the MTA on localhost (which is what we are delegating to send our
email). I'm not sure it's needed to complicate adding also the Date
field, dunno what others think tho.
