[docs] Small issue with documentation

Hi, on the following page:

http://docs.python.org/3/faq/installed.html

Under the "Can I delete Python?" section, I find that the statement:

"Reinstalling the whole system would then be required to fix things
again."

is a bit misleading. Wouldn't reinstalling python fix the problem with
the system? If the system isn't booting, then using a live environment
(Live CD, etc.) can be used to reinstall python.

I propose that it should be changed to:

"Reinstalling Python would be required to fix things."
