Maybe it's a good idea to modify `url_re` from

/\.org\/(py3k|dev|((release\/)?\d\.\d[\w\d\.]*))\//

to

/\.org\/(\d|py3k|dev|((release\/)?\d\.\d[\w\d\.]*))\//

To be prepared for PEP 430.
