[docs] Outdated macvim link in Python docs

To Python Docs Team,

Attached is a suggestion to replace the existing link for a MacOS Vim editor to one for an active project. The change would require replacing the text:
Gvim (http://macvim.org)
with:
macvim (http://code.google.com/p/macvim/)
