[docs] defaults redirects bit confusing

Hi,
just noticed that
http://docs.python.org/
redirect to
http://docs.python.org/3/
good
but
http://docs.python.org/library/
redirect to
http://docs.python.org/2/library/
not good if not confusing

am I missing something?
