This is not the first time we've asked for MOBI format, next time,
please check the archive before posting new questions.

The answer here is: we need to improve our documentation-generator
tool, sphinx, to generate MOBI format too; there's already a bug to
track this activity

so you can propose your help on the bug to speed up its resolution
(code patches or volunteer to test beta versions when the support will
be added is usually appreciated).
