[docs] Bug in nested list documentation example

In Section 3.1.3 of http://docs.python.org/3.3/tutorial/introduction.html,
the nested list example has two bugs.  It uses p[0] and p[0][1].  The
variable p is not defined in this example.  It should be x[0] and x[0][1].
