[docs] minor grammar error

Hello,

I was reading through the Python tutorial and found a minor grammatical error near the end of the section on raising exceptions
(https://docs.python.org/2.7/tutorial/errors.html#handling-exceptions)

Here is the line of interest, look closely at the comment:

...    print inst           # __str__ allows args to printed directly
My English teachers would tell me that "printed" is incorrectly conjugated.  It would probably sound better if we said "to be printed".
