[docs] 2x documentation download problem

Hi,

I'm not quite sure I'm writing to the correct address, but I would like to
ask a question about a download issue. All the download links on this
page<https://docs.python.org/2/download.html> lead
to 404. Is there a way to download the 2x Python documentation from
anywhere else on the website?
