[docs] cannot download any format of 2.7.9rc1

hi,

not sure if it's my own problem, I've tried both Chrome and IE, all links of all format in this page:

https://docs.python.org/2/download.html

showing “404 Not Found”

cannot be downloaded, apparently I could just use online doc. 

hope get it fixed?
