[docs] Download documents shows 404 not found error

Hi,

I'm trying to update my local python documentation but it seems that all
download links are down (they show a 404 nginx error):

https://docs.python.org/3/archives/python-3.4.3rc1-docs.epub
https://docs.python.org/3/archives/python-3.4.3rc1-docs-text.zip
https://docs.python.org/3/archives/python-3.4.3rc1-docs-html.zip

etc.

Can you please have a look?
