[docs] [issue23210] clarify "virtual sequence" and range docs

I agree with Guido.  Virtual is an abused word and I can't imagine anyone searching on it unless they saw it used somewhere in the first place.  Range is a sequence, and the help docs are just a reminder.  The Range docs clearly explain the advantages of the range type.
