May be use form OSError(*args)? OSError() accepts more than 5 arguments.

Doc/library/exceptions.rst:247: specified.  For backwards compatibility,
if three arguments are passed,
"if 2 to 5 arguments are passed"

And only in that case the below attribute are set from args. Otherwise
they are set to None.
