[docs] reference doc problem

https://docs.python.org/3.5/reference/lexical_analysis.html#keywords

describes 'is' as a keyword, yet

https://docs.python.org/3.5/reference/datamodel.html#objects-values-and-types

describes 'is' as an operator.

Which is it? If it really is an operator (too?), shouldn't it be here:

https://docs.python.org/3.5/reference/lexical_analysis.html#operators

as well?
