Thanks for your report, and sorry for the delay in response!  However,
the site you linked to is both not under our control and is serving
documentation for a version of Python that has been out of support for
several years now.  Please find up-to-date documentation for Python
3.5 at https://docs.python.org/ or for Python 2.7 at
https://docs.python.org/2/.
