[docs] Python docs - 404 Not Found

Hello,

I am trying to download Python 3 documentation but keep getting 404 Not
Found Error.
url: https://docs.python.org/3/archives/python-3.6.2-docs.epub

It's the same with dev (3.7.0a0) verison.

Could you please take a look or send me .epub version somehow ?
