[docs] unable to download python 3.6.2 docs

Hi,

When I click on the links to download the docs for python 3.6.2, I get an
error 404, not found. This has been the case for about 3 days, maybe more.

The link I try to work from is here.

https://docs.python.org/3.6/download.html

Could you let me know if this is only a problem for me, or if it's a site
problem, when it might be resolved? Thanks
