[docs] Docs page error

Hi Python Docs Team,

I am trying to download Python 3.6 docs but all the links in the table led
to the "file not found" error. The URL of the page is
https://docs.python.org/3.6/download.html.

Please help fixing it. For now, I am still using the 3.5 version docs.
