[docs] Busted links

Hi,  I am a regular user of the Python documentation and wanted to have 
a copy to download to my tablet to view when I am not connected to the 
internet.

As of this moment,  none of the download links on

https://docs.python.org/3/download.html

work for me:  I get something like "404 Not Found / nginx".  Could you 
please fix this?
