[docs] Unable to install python

I am unable to install python 2.7.14 on my windows 8, 32 bit system.
When I select install (for all users) it displays an error... the error is
mentioned below.

an error occurred during the installation of
assembly'Microsoft.VC90.CRT,version="9.0.30729.1",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="x86",type="win32"'

I even tried with the older versions,  2.7.13 but the same error occurred.

Please help me out.
