[docs] Python Doc Download Problem

Hi there,

I'm trying to download Python 3.x documentation using below link:

https://docs.python.org/3/archives/python-3.6.6rc1-docs-pdf-letter.zip

It gives "404 Not Found" error. I tried other versions of the docs (A4
size, html, plain), but all links are dead.
