[docs] Hello Documentation download link give 404

I'm trying to download the documentation from https<https://docs.python.org/3.6/download.html>://<https://docs.python.org/3.6/download.html>docs.python.org<https://docs.python.org/3.6/download.html>/3.6/<https://docs.python.org/3.6/download.html>download.html<https://docs.python.org/3.6/download.html> but a 404 error appears.
