[docs] Problem with Python 3.7.0

Sir/Madam,

I have installed Python 3.7 in my machine (OS- win7) .The interpreter
screen is working fine. Presently, I am writing scripts using notepad.

I want to work on the IDE to write scripts. Since I am a teacher I think an
IDE would be easier for the students.

Please help.
