[docs] Problem downloading documentation

Hello,

I’ve been trying to download the following documentation: https://docs.python.org/3/download.html <https://docs.python.org/3/download.html> but it seems like none of the download links are working properly, I get the 404 Not Found error. Is it possible to receive the documentation by email or can you let me know when it is fixed to be able to download the documents?
