[docs] Documentation bug

Hello, 

In the "Default Memory Allocators" section of the "Memory Management" page ( https://docs.python.org/3.8/c-api/memory.html#default-memory-allocators ) the last entry in first table ("Default memory allocators") appears to be incorrect.

Instead of the "Configuration column" reading "Release build, without pymalloc" it should read "Debug build, without pymalloc" for that last entry.

As currently written the "Configuration" name of the third and fourth entries is the same, though the 4th entry is a debug build that includes the " + debug" versions of the allocators.
