[docs] Unexpected results from downloading Python 3.7.2 EPUB docs

Hi,

I downloaded the Python 3.7.2 EPUB Docs from
https://docs.python.org/3/archives/python-3.7.2-docs.epub using windows 10.
After unzipping the file, I found a bunch of xhmtl files.  Is this
correct?  I expected .EPUB files.
