[docs] shall we define little/big endian in glossary ?

I was translating howto/unicode.rst, and I noticed it talked about
endianess (about utf-16-le/utf-16-be) but did not define what endianess
was. Endianess is also addressed the same way elsewhere in the
documentation, like in audiooop module.
Shall we add few lines in glossary to tell what endianess is or is it out
of the scope of the documentation ?
