[Python Edinburgh] EuroPython Bilbao: Scottish gathering

Hola Pythonianos,

For all of you that are coming to Bilbao.

We're going to have a Scottish meet up on Tuesday at 8pm.

The place is Plaza Miguel de Unamuno. Just in the kind of fountain/monument
in the middle of the square. Very close to Casco Viejo metro station.

The plan is to go to BACAICOA bar that is at the same square. Have some
pintxos and then follow to other bars according to this guide
