[Edu-sig] movables

Hi.
I'm currently in a high school computer science class
and have been assigned the job of finding a way to
move a box, or paddle, for a pong game another student
is making.  I've tried writing a couple programs, one
using a box, another using a circle, neither working. 
If anyone could help me out, it would be much
appreciated.
